Visa & Travel Advisory Disclaimer

Ghanshyam Holidays Private Limited provides visa application assistance and travel advisory information as a value-added service. This Disclaimer governs the nature, scope, and limitations of such services.


1. Nature of Visa Assistance

The Company's visa assistance services are limited to:

  • Providing general guidance on visa requirements and application procedures

  • Assisting with the preparation and collation of required documentation

  • Submitting visa applications on your behalf where applicable

  • Coordinating appointment scheduling at embassies or visa application centres

The Company does not guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Visa approval or refusal is the sole and absolute discretion of the relevant embassy, high commission, or immigration authority of the destination country.


2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

  • The Company makes no representation or warranty that your visa application will be approved.

  • Embassy processing times may vary and the Company is not responsible for delays in visa processing.

  • In the event of visa refusal, all fees paid to the embassy or consular authority are non-refundable.

  • The Company's service fee for visa assistance is payable regardless of the outcome of the application.

  • A visa refusal does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund of any tour cost paid.


3. Client Responsibility

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation for visa applications.

  • Disclose any prior visa refusals, immigration violations, or criminal history as required by the destination country.

  • Ensure their passport has sufficient validity and blank pages as required by the destination country.

  • Verify visa requirements independently with the relevant embassy prior to travel.


4. Travel Advisories

Clients are strongly advised to check the latest travel advisories issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (mea.gov.in) before travel. The Company is not responsible for any loss arising from travel to destinations subject to political unrest, health advisories, or natural disasters.


5. Health and Vaccination Requirements

It is the Client's responsibility to ensure compliance with all health entry requirements of the destination country. The Company is not liable for denial of entry due to failure to meet health requirements.
