Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15 June 2026

This Policy outlines the terms applicable when a booking with Ghanshyam Holidays Private Limited is cancelled. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out herein.


1. Cancellation by the Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@ghanshyam.com. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • More than 45 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost (minimum INR 2,000 per person)

  • 31 to 45 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost

  • 16 to 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost

  • 08 to 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost

  • 07 days or less / No-show: 100% of total tour cost - No Refund

These charges are in addition to any non-refundable fees levied by airlines, hotels, or other third-party service providers.


2. Non-Refundable Components

  • Visa fees, consular charges, and documentation fees

  • Non-refundable airline tickets and seat reservations

  • Travel insurance premiums once the policy is issued

  • Any booking fees, processing charges, or service fees charged by the Company

  • Deposits paid for peak season travel (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, school holidays)


3. Cancellation by the Company

The Company may cancel any tour due to insufficient participants, force majeure events, government-imposed travel restrictions, or failure to receive required documentation. In such cases a full refund of recoverable amounts will be provided. No additional compensation will be payable.


4. Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 working days of the cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Refunds will be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.


5. Amendments and Date Changes

Requests to change travel dates or passenger details are subject to availability and an amendment fee of INR 1,000 per person per change, plus any charges levied by third-party suppliers.
