Services refers to all travel-related services including tour packages, hotel reservations, air ticketing, visa assistance, travel insurance, and car hire.
Tour Package means a combination of two or more travel services sold at an inclusive price.
Booking means a confirmed reservation made by the User for any Service.
Traveller means any person for whom a Booking has been made.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST.
A booking deposit is required at confirmation. Balance payment schedule is communicated at booking.
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, and online payment gateways.

6. Confirmation of Booking

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and issuance of a written confirmation. Verbal confirmations are not binding.

All content on this Website is the exclusive property of Ghanshyam Holidays Private Limited or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our prior written consent.
