The Company does not own, operate, supervise, or control any such suppliers.
2. Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Services
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from:
Acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any supplier or their employees and agents
Cancellation, delay, overbooking, or disruption caused by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
Mechanical failure, accidents, or breakdowns of transport operated by suppliers
Theft, loss, or damage to baggage or personal belongings
Failure of third-party payment systems or online booking platforms
3. General Disclaimer
The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of information on our Website, the fitness of any tour for a particular purpose, the standard or availability of third-party services, or the outcome of visa applications or entry clearances.
4. Health, Safety, and Personal Risk
Travel involves inherent risks. Adventure activities, trekking, water sports, and similar activities carry personal risk and you participate at your own risk. The Company strongly recommends that all Travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific tour giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages including loss of enjoyment or emotional distress.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
