Booking Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 15 June 2026

These Booking Terms govern all tour bookings made with Ghanshyam Holidays Private Limited. They should be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy. By making a booking, you confirm acceptance of these Booking Terms on behalf of yourself and all persons included in the booking.


1. Booking Procedure

  • A booking is made when the lead traveller submits a booking request and pays the required deposit.

  • A binding contract is formed only upon the Company issuing a written Booking Confirmation.

  • The lead traveller accepts responsibility for all persons included in the booking.


2. Deposit and Payment Schedule

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.

  • The balance of 70% is due no later than 30 days before the departure date.

  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Peak season bookings may require a higher deposit as communicated at the time of booking.


3. Itinerary and Tour Content

  • All tour itineraries published are indicative. The Company reserves the right to alter the sequence of activities or substitute hotels of equivalent standard due to operational, climatic, or logistical reasons.

  • Attractions listed as included are subject to availability and opening schedules at the time of travel.


4. Travel Documentation

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that all Travellers possess:

  • A valid passport (minimum six months validity beyond the return date for international tours)

  • Valid visas for all countries to be visited

  • Any health certificates or vaccination records required by destination countries

  • Travel insurance documentation


5. Health and Fitness

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.


6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or government actions.


7. Group Bookings

  • Group tours require a minimum number of participants as specified at the time of booking.

  • If the minimum number is not achieved, the Company may offer alternative departure dates or cancel the tour with a full refund of recoverable amounts.


8. Behaviour and Conduct

The Company reserves the right to exclude any Traveller from a tour, without refund, if their behaviour is deemed likely to cause distress or danger to other Travellers.


9. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints may be submitted in writing within 14 days of the return date to info@ghanshyam.com.
